Martinswood Management Company has Employers Liability Insurance. Details of which are posted on the Noticeboards in Hellebore Court and St Michaels Court.

As the management company owns the flats buildings and all the flats are Leasehold premises the management company, as part of the services provided through the service charges paid by the flats leaseholders, provides buildings insurance for the 2 blocks of flats.

As the Houses on the estate are Freehold, not leasehold, buildings insurance is the responsibility of the house freeholders. The House Freeholders service charges do not contribute to the flats building insurance charges.
